Friday, January 30th - A Day

  • The HMS Cribbage Club starts next week! All spots are currently filled. If you signed up, remember to meet in Mr. Olson’s room (232) right after school on Monday.
    The following students should report to Section C of the cafeteria to be recognized with a Level Up Award! Thank you for modeling the Raider Way and for working to improve each and every day.

Thursday, January 29th - B Day

  • The HMS Cribbage Club starts next week! All spots are currently filled. If you signed up, remember to meet in Mr. Olson’s room (232) right after school on Monday. 

  • Collectors & Connectors is a lunchtime group open to 7th graders who enjoy collecting sports and trading cards, and want to support the HMS community. Students will connect over their shared interests and work together to design fun activities, games, and quests for students throughout the school. A sign up sheet is located on the window of the Welcome Center for any interested 7th grade students.

  • WEB leaders if you didn’t check your email yesterday, please do so today before 6th hour for an important reminder. 

  • The HMS Cribbage Club starts next week! There is still time to sign up. Check the poster outside of Kreuser, Shemon, and Olsen’s rooms for the QR code to register. Just a few spots remain–sign up and get the chance to take on the Bauer Boys!

Tuesday, January 27th - B Day

  • Attention 7th Graders: Great job at the Youth Frontiers Courage Retreat. We are proud of you! You represented HMS well and impressed the Youth Frontier hosts. You also left the spaces we were clean and orderly. Remember to live and act with Courage. 

  • Shout out to our varsity girls wrestling team who took 1st place at the MWCA MN State Wrestling Team Tournament over the weekend. Congrats to our HMS Girls that wrestled- way to go ladies!!!

  • Congratulations to the top scores of the 6th grade NFL Playoff Pick Em’ Contest.

  • Badminton starts on Feb 17th. Registration is through Community Ed. You can scan the QR code on the flyers around the building to get registered or visit the Community Ed website. 

  • Art club members we are meeting Thursday after school in room 168 see you there! 

  • Due no school on Friday:  Miss Donnelly’s book recommendation is the second book in the Hunger Games Series, called Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins. This series is considered fast-paced, thrilling, and thought provoking! You won’t be disappointed!
